XiaoXiao, (lotus wife) boss of Service:
who is responsible for everything, beyond Lotus food, that is needed to make you happy
She's maintaining a warm and happy ambiance that allows guests to enjoy excellent service and fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere.
XiaoXiao makes sure that you stay happy

and their bambino Jīngāng (= KingKong) helping where ever he can (staying out of the way)

Mediterranean cuisine

Lotu the chef first started learning cooking Italian food from an Italian traveller in Zhongdian (aka Shangrila).
Since then he never stopped learning and has even
travelled to Shanghai and Taiwan to learn from professional Italian chefs.
Not only how to make pizza but anything about Mediterranean fine kitchen and making great coffee.
Furthermore he is using a lot of imported high quality ingredients to make sure that his food tastes more authentic.

Lotu won a qualification making the best coffee of Kunming
so he could compete in the national semifinal for an international coffee contest.The China Barista Championship.

At the end of Wenlinjie, the part closest to Green Lake, after climbing some steps
